The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Blackpool, close to the promenade and tram system, offering a convenient location. The rooms are well-kept with private bathrooms, though the shared toilet is small. The service, highlighted by efficient housekeeping, ensures a pleasant stay. The dining experience, featuring original dishes, adds to the charm of the hotel. However, the overall value for money might vary based on individual preferences.
The room was upgraded free of charge due to a problem with the TV, but it was a 'small double' bed, and the cleaning was not up to par as there were tissues under the beds from previous guests. Despite this, the stay was satisfactory with the complimentary upgrade.
The hotel is in a super convenient location, close to everything and an easy walk to the promenade and all amenities. The small double bed rooms weren't cleaned properly with tissues under the beds from previous guests, but they did have good facilities. The shared very small toilet is a bit of a drawback.
